A modular foundation for building the backdrop environment around your work.

The TRAYAAM Backdrop System uses two brackets to support your own boards, creating a horizontal shooting surface and vertical background. Add a high-GSM colour sheet through the curved channel to create a seamless transition between the two.

To help your TRAYAAM object look and perform its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight and high temperatures. Avoid leaving it inside hot vehicles or near heat sources, as temperatures above 50°C may cause deformation.

Not at all. Our products are designed for everyone from first-time creators and small businesses to product photographers and creative professionals. They’re intentionally simple to use, combine, and experiment with.
Yes. Many of our products are designed as part of a growing visual ecosystem. Different shapes, sizes, and forms can be combined to create layered compositions and reused across different shoots and setups. This modular approach is central to how we design at TRAYAAM.

Our products are crafted using plant-based PLA, a material derived from renewable resources. It allows us to create lightweight, durable objects with a refined finish while reducing reliance on conventional fossil-based plastics.
Yes. 3D printing allows us to prototype, refine, and create our products one layer at a time. You may notice subtle layer lines or small variations on some surfaces. These are natural characteristics of the 3D printing process and part of how each object is made.
Because our products are made through 3D printing, subtle variations in layer texture or surface finish may occur between individual pieces. These small differences are a natural part of the manufacturing process and do not affect how the product is intended to be used.
We make every effort to represent colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your screen settings. Small variations between production batches may also occur.
Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth when needed. Avoid harsh cleaners, prolonged direct sunlight, and exposure to high temperatures. Do not place products in a dishwasher or leave them inside a hot vehicle, as excessive heat may cause the material to warp.
We currently ship across India. As TRAYAAM grows, we hope to make our products available in more places.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. If there is an unexpected delay, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
Most orders are expected to arrive within 7 days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping partner handling your order, so this timeframe cannot always be guaranteed.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its journey.
If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
At this stage, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect product. We recommend reviewing product dimensions, colours, and specifications before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us through our Contact page within 4 days of delivery. Include your order details along with clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll work with you to determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation. I would deliberately keep this broad for now rather than promising “we will replace it” or “we will refund it.” It gives you flexibility to replace, refund, or resolve individual cases appropriately.
