Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services online.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights available to you under applicable law.

3. 3D Printed Products

TRAYAAM products are manufactured using 3D printing, where objects are created layer by layer.

Because of this process, individual products may show subtle characteristics such as visible layer lines, minor surface texture, or slight variations in finish.

Where these characteristics do not materially affect the intended function, durability, or overall quality of the product, they are generally considered normal characteristics of the manufacturing process rather than defects.

This does not exclude genuine manufacturing defects, structural problems, incorrect products, or damage.

4. Product Colours & Images

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and images accurately.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on:

Screen and display settings
Lighting conditions
Photography
Material batches
Production variations

Images may sometimes include styling objects, products, accessories, or other items for visual context that are not included with the product being purchased.

The product title, description, specifications, and “what’s included” information should be reviewed to understand exactly what is included with your purchase.

Product prices are displayed on our website in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other charges will be displayed where relevant before you complete your purchase.

We will not knowingly use pricing or information errors to mislead customers.

Placing an order means you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.

After placing an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging that we have received it.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

By using a particular payment method, you may also be subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms and policies.

An order may not be processed if payment cannot be authorised or verified.

We do not control delays or interruptions caused solely by independent banking or payment systems, but we will assist with genuine order-related payment issues where reasonably possible.

10. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within India.

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7 days after dispatch, although actual delivery times may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.

Because orders may be prepared quickly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation or modification will remain possible once processing has begun.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to a shipping provider, it generally cannot be cancelled.

12. Returns, Refunds & Product Issues

We do not currently offer general change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly and preferably within 4 days of recorded delivery with the requested order information and supporting photographs so we can review the issue efficiently.

Nothing in our return or reporting procedures is intended to remove rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Product Use & Care

Customers are responsible for using TRAYAAM products reasonably and according to any product information or care guidance provided.

Our PLA products should be kept away from excessive heat and unsuitable high-temperature environments.

Do not expose products to conditions such as:

Hot vehicles for prolonged periods
Dishwashers
High-temperature cleaning
Direct high-heat sources

Excessive heat may cause PLA products to soften, deform, or warp.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow applicable care guidance may not qualify as a product defect.

Logo
Wordmark
Product designs
Product photography
Graphics
Website design elements
Written copy
Videos
Packaging artwork
Illustrations
Original creative materials

—is owned by or licensed to TRAYAAM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not, without appropriate permission:
